PDF files of the Invited talks, Contributed Papers and Theses can be submitted upto 12 October 2009. Only PDF files will be accepted. These files have to be uploaded using the upload link provided here. Please save a soft copy of the original for modifications if necessary.

Contributory Papers accepted for poster-presentation at the conference and manuscripts of invited talks will be reviewed for publication as proceedings of the symposium in a refereed journal.

The paper length has been determined primarily based on the requirements for publication in a refereed journal, to provide substantive content of greater value to the scientific community.

Selection criteria for Contributory Papers are primarily based on Scientific content (scientific merit, accuracy, adequate description of context), Quality (originality, demonstrated scientific interest in results), and Presentation.

COPYRIGHT

All authors are requested to ensure that copyright requirements commonly stipulated by journal publishers are observed while preparing the manuscript. Authors of Contributory papers selected for publication and Invited Talks, will be required to sign an undertaking to the effect that the work has not been submitted elsewhere for publication, the claimed new results express the author’s own findings, and the material taken from the existing literature has been properly acknowledged and referenced.

Invited speakers are requested to upload a 300 word abstract by October 15, 2009, at the website. Full-length articles of their talks (8-9 pages) should be uploaded at the website by January 3, 2010. Template

All PhD students who have submitted their PhD thesis or expect to submit by December 31, 2009, and, researchers who have been awarded PhD. degree after January 01, 2009, are requested to upload a four-page summary of their thesis in PDF format by October 12, 2009. Template

Authors are requested to upload a full-length manuscript with abstract (100 words) at the website according to instructions provided therein, using PDF by October 12, 2009. The length of the manuscript should be at least 4 and not more than 5 pages (including figures, references, tables etc.) Template
